mypaint is a service of BLUE Painting, LLC ("we," "us"), based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This page explains what we collect when you use mypaint.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you tell Hue, our quote assistant: the rooms you want painted, sizes, colors and the conversation itself.
- Contact details you choose to share: first name, email, mobile number and ZIP code.
- Photos you send for a firm price.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, like device type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To price your project, review your photos and confirm a firm price.
- To contact you about your quote and schedule your project.
- To improve mypaint and our pricing.
Hue uses an AI service (Anthropic) to read photos and some messages. That information is used only to answer your request.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from mypaint about your quote and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't use your number for unrelated marketing, and we never sell it.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the painters and staff who quote and complete your project, and with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email and AI), who may use it only to provide those services.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@bluepaintingco.com.
